The short version

The Cove is a brand operated by MVG Holdings LLC. By using thecove4kids.com, purchasing a product, or booking a pilot session, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@thecove4kids.com.

Digital Downloads

The 31 Day Challenge Calendar and other downloads

Digital downloads are delivered instantly after purchase. Because the product is delivered immediately and can be printed right away, all digital download sales are final and non refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will make it right.

Physical Products

Printed calendars and merch

Physical products, including printed hard copy calendars and merch items, are made to order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for fulfillment after purchase before your order ships. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Because these are custom, low volume runs, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or error on our part.

Pilot Sessions & Academies

Booking a pilot

Booking a pilot session through this website reserves your interest and does not guarantee a specific start date, price, or seat until confirmed directly with our team. Pilot pricing is offered to early founding families and may differ from pricing after our official January 2027 launch. We reserve the right to adjust program pricing, schedules, and availability as The Cove grows.

Intellectual Property

Our brand and materials

The Cove name, logo, academy crests, curriculum, and all materials on this website are owned by MVG Holdings LLC and may not be copied, resold, or reproduced without written permission. Purchasing a calendar, journal, or other product grants you a license to use that physical item for personal or classroom use, not a license to reproduce or resell our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

The fine print

The Cove's programs and materials are intended to be educational and supplemental. We make no guarantee of specific outcomes for any child or family. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVG Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website or our products.

Governing Law

Where these terms apply

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
